Allendale Community Foundation!
We have exciting news! The Allendale Community Foundation has been created and is a component fund of the Grand Haven Area Community Foundation. The Allendale Community Foundation is a non-profit community corporation created by and for the people of Allendale. Donors to the Allendale Community Foundation will have great flexibility in their giving, as the foundation accepts a variety of gifts. This endowment fund will provide financial support to charitable agencies and programs serving the residents of the Allendale area. All donations to the Allendale Community Fund will gain maximum tax advantage. Watch for additional information forthcoming! ABC Coalition
The ABC (Allendale Bridging the Community) Coalition is composed of schools, churches, social groups, law enforcement, and others who are concerned for the well being of our community children and parents. A Neighborhood Center is located in the new Township Library, located at 6175 Library Lane. The Center is full of parenting and family materials. For more information, or to become involved, please contact Chuck Bailey at 892-5575. The coalition meets on the second Monday of each month, at noon, at the Township Hall and the meeting is open to the public....anyone interested is encouraged to come!
